In collaboration with ADHD Australia, Neurodiversity Media has produced a factsheet about practical strategies on whether to disclose or not to disclose your ADHD. 

The factsheet includes: 

• The "Yes and No" case for disclosing ADHD to your managers or colleagues in the workplace
• a decision-making flowchart to help guide your decision-making
• an example role-play and script for making the disclosure; and
• your Australian rights at work regarding asking for accommodations at work once you've made the disclosure.
